License management
Better Loop uses Freemius to handle purchases and licensing.
If you run into an issue activating your license, have a look at Freemius’ list of known license activation issues, or contact support.
If you are using Better Loop on a WordPress Multisite, please note that each activation on a sub-site will count against your limit.
Deactivating a site license
You can login to your User Dashboard to deactivate a domain, as well as find your order history and customer details.
Activating licenses on testing, development and staging sites
You can use your Better Loop license on an unlimited number of testing, development and staging sites, without the activations counting towards your limit. Please refer to the list of domains and subdomains to see what sites are considered to be one of these sites.
If you’re using another domain that isn’t part of the list, please contact support to set your domain as a dev/staging domain in the license management system.
